Job Summary

As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in uncovering insights and transforming them into actionable recommendations that drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions to drive business growth. Responsibilities

* Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions

• Develop and maintain databases, data visualizations, and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and validate findings
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure progress
• Work with junior analysts to develop their skills and knowledge, and provide guidance and support as needed
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders, and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Math, Physical Science, Measurements, Financial Matters, Software Engineering, or a comparable field

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, research, or a related field
• Strong experience working with data visualization tools, such as Chartio, Looker, or Tableau
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL, A/B Testing, and statistical analysis (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis) with data packages such as Matlab, R, SAS, or Python
• Experience working with data streaming, customer segmentation, time series analysis, and regression models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
