About the Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing basic technical support via phone in Spanish and English. You'll deliver an exceptional support experience, interact and communicate effectively with a variety of customers, and provide a memorable and delightful experience. This is a seasonal role with the opportunity to become permanent, offering a flexible schedule and the chance to grow your career with arenaflex.

Responsibilities:

* Provide basic technical support via phone in Spanish and English

  • Deliver an exceptional support experience
  • Interact and communicate effectively with a variety of customers
  • Provide a memorable and delightful experience
  • Work with a variety of customers, including those with complex issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

* Fluent in Spanish and English – while this role supports both, most calls are in English

  • Flexible to needs of business
  • Must have High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 18 years of age
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Equipment and Internet Requirements:

* You must have the following: + 1 Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch) + Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless) + Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up + A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile) + Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment + Desk and an ergonomic chair
