We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative Associate to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our patients, providers, and medical staff. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative Associate, you'll be responsible for:
  • Receiving and processing inbound calls from patients, providers, and medical staff in a call center environment under supervision.
  • Executing outbound calls or electronic tasks to assist with providing medical-related services.
  • Assisting callers with appointment scheduling, prescription refills, facility locations, and lab results.
  • Resolving routine to complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Documenting all calls with 100% accuracy and adhering to phone scripting and relaying information telephonically with 95% accuracy.
  • Performing critical/emergency tasks according to department policy with 100% accuracy.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • To be at least 18 years of age.
  • One year of customer service experience with analyzing and solving customer problems.
  • Six months of experience working in a call center environment.
  • Basic proficiency with Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications.
  • Flexibility to work a full-time variable schedule, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends, including holidays to support our 24/7 business operations.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:
  • One year of experience working in a healthcare environment in a call center or front desk position.
  • Knowledge of insurance products.

Telecommuting Requirements

As a remote employee, you'll need to:
  • Reside within a reasonable distance from arenaflex's office in Las Vegas, NV.
  • Have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.
  • Be able to receive a UnitedHealth Group-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.

Soft Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • The ability to demonstrate customer service and friendly telephone etiquette.
  • Listening, critical thinking, decision-making, telephone, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
  • A competitive hourly rate of $16.00 to $23.94 per hour (Nevada Residents Only).
