Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
  • Contacting customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Building and maintaining strong business relationships with existing customers through established service and sales standards.
  • Developing, maintaining, and demonstrating a basic knowledge of current company products and services; maintaining confidentiality when handling customer requests and transactions.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience with medical billing, accounts receivable, or patient account management.
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and healthcare regulations.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
