Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager - Marketing (Remote Opportunity)
Job Locations US-IL-Chicago Your Opportunity The Analytic Manager, Business Intelligence is responsible for implementing processes to identify management's intelligence needs; gathering the related information; analyzing the relevant information; providing timely reports to be acted upon based on the analyses; and implementing the recommendations of intelligence reporting and management. Salary Range $94,000 - $138,000Core Responsibilities
- Utilize multiple data sources for holistic reporting needs
- Analyze sales, market, and demographic data to inform strategic marketing planning
- Forecast different business scenarios and requirements to deliver on Brand objectives
- Gather information for project-related marketing research; analyze that information
- Deliver reporting and analysis documentation and present findings
- Day-to-Day:
- Commerce Marketing:
- Support Sr Director across all retailer partners to build effective marketing plans
- Effectively pull data to ensure brands are delivering against Objectives/KPIs
- Measure performance for all commerce programming (500+ per year)
- E-commerce:
- Effectively and efficiently measure all of the marketing efforts
- Media Strategy Consultation:
- Assist team in setting up test/control analysis
- Website Analytics:
- Site analysis and reporting support, related to media/social activity
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Marketing, or related field and 5+ years relevant marketing experience/ or equivalent combination of education and experienced, required.
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development or project leadership is required
- Efficient in pulling syndicated data out of either IRI and/or Nielsen
- Microsoft Office proficiency; Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email
- Interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships
