THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Martech Operations Analyst - Braze to our Marketing Operations team in Brazil (Remote)! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil. The Wellhub team is seeking a quick learner, business oriented, pro active analyst with Braze knowledge to join our Marketing Operations Martech team. This individual will work with the Marketing Automation Manager for the day-to-day management of our B2C tool, Braze, providing support to the User Growth team, from workflow set ups, optimizing our processes, making it automated, personalized and scalable. As a Marketing Automation team, our goal is to empower Wellhub's marketing initiatives to accelerate client revenue and sky rocket enrollment rate by delivering more sophisticated, scalable, and data-driven marketing automation capabilities, driving more customer engagement, better nurturing flows (for B2B and B2C), and positively impacting revenue growth through CRM automation. YOUR IMPACT Work in the Martech team to implement best practices and get the most out of our Braze account; Optimizing the use of the tool and supporting the evaluation and implementation of new technologies; Operate Braze as a specialist to enable the marketing team to run the best-in-class marketing campaigns; Provide ongoing support to the marketing team for accesses, training, optimization and best practices; Explore and implement AI to optimize automation workflows, ensuring greater scale, personalization and agility across CRM communications; Work with the different teams (globally) on the requests raised to our team; Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. WHO YOU ARE Good communication skills; Minimum of 2 years experience using Braze; Knowledge of HTML for emails and Liquid template language. Knowledge of Whatsapp and SMS strategy is a plus; Practical experience or a strong interest in utilizing Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to accelerate data analysis, campaign orchestration, data architecture. Braze native AI features are a plus. English is a must, Spanish is a plus; Analytical skills for data driven decision making; Problem-solving abilities and logical reasoning skills; Hands-on, organized, and with high-attention to detail while not losing sight of the big picture; Enjoy working in very fast-paced environments; We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
