Our Contact Center is a high-volume environment that handles over 10 million contacts each year, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's committed to driving outcomes and providing a world-class customer experience.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from clients, stores, and partners. You'll use your excellent communication skills to provide expert support and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary goal will be to exceed customer expectations and build strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from clients, stores, and partners

  • Use various systems and tools to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Provide expert support and guidance to customers in a conversational and professional manner
  • Use Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word) to manage customer interactions and documentation
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to type at least 25 WPM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
  • Previous customer service experience (preferably in a call center environment)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
