The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with expert advice and support via phone, email, and live chat. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their experience, and that no questions or concerns go unanswered. You'll be working closely with our sales and production teams to resolve any issues that may arise, and to provide our customers with the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Work closely with sales and production teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to develop and implement effective support strategies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional support
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in the B2B or e-commerce industry

  • Knowledge of online printing and e-commerce industry trends and best practices
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Strong knowledge of German language and culture (as we primarily serve the German market)
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and be self-motivated
