In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our Amazon product catalog by accurately inputting and updating inventory data. - Catalog Updates: Manually input product titles, descriptions, and technical specs into the Amazon Seller Central database.
- Price Monitoring: Update promotional pricing and discount codes during peak sales events (Prime Day, Black Friday, etc.).
- Inventory Tracking: Synchronize stock levels between warehouse reports and digital storefronts to prevent overselling.
- Data Verification: Audit existing listings to ensure all information complies with Amazon’s current branding guidelines.
- Support Coordination: Flag any listing errors or suppressed items to the senior account manager for quick resolution.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, and basic formulas).
- Typing Speed: Minimum of 40 WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Equipment: A reliable computer (Laptop or Desktop) and high-speed internet access.
- Communication: Ability to check in via Slack or Microsoft Teams for daily task assignments.
