We're excited to announce a contract-based opportunity for an Experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Ukrainian project, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our clients.

About the Role:

This contract-based position is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and growing company. The term of the contract is 2-3 months, with the possibility of extension or transition to another role within arenaflex or our ecosystem.

Schedule:

* 5 shifts per week, including 1-2 night shifts

  • Morning shift: 07:00-15:00
  • Day shift: 15:00-23:00
  • Night shift: 23:00-07:00

Our Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for a motivated and experienced individual who:

  • Has at least 6 months of experience in customer support or a similar role with constant communication with users (call center, service, administrative roles, retail, etc.)
  • Is proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Holds a B2 level or higher in English (especially in written communication)
  • Is comfortable with routine tasks and can quickly adapt to new situations
  • Is willing to work in an intense rhythm, handling a high volume of requests
  • Has experience with Zendesk (although not mandatory, as we provide training)

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing user inquiries through our support system
  • Identifying user accounts
  • Cancelling subscriptions
  • Providing general information about our product or specific subscriptions
  • Assisting with login issues
  • Changing or updating user email addresses
  • Handling unsubscribe requests and account deletion inquiries
  • Maintaining a high level of quality and productivity
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient processes
