Job Summary

We're seeking a Seasonal Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team in North Carolina. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a seasonal opportunity, and the position is expected to last for approximately 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and empathetic responses to patient concerns and issues
  • Resolve patient complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex patient issues
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and concepts

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote environment

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Knowledge of healthcare software and systems
