Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Operator & Telecaller, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting data into our systems from various sources, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Performing data verification and validation to maintain a clean and error-free database.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls to provide information, answer inquiries, and assist clients professionally.
  • Maintaining a log of calls and updating customer records as required.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve daily and monthly targets.
  • Upholding our company's standards of customer service excellence.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or Telecaller.
  • Strong proficiency in data entry and data management.
