Key Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe audio and video files into written text.
- Ensure grammar, punctuation, and spelling are correct in all transcripts.
- Identify and correct errors in audio where possible and flag unclear passages.
- Manage multiple transcription projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Conduct research for proper spelling of names, places, and industry-specific terminology.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all client information.
- Utilize transcription software and tools efficiently.
- Review and edit own work for quality assurance before submission.
- Communicate effectively with project managers regarding project status or challenges. Required Skills
