We are looking for a qualified Technical Account Manager to oversee and address our customers’ technical needs. You will provide accurate technical service, ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Technical Account Manager, you should be a tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience. You should also be results-driven and aspire to achieve specific goals. Ultimately, you should be able to provide technical, product, and business knowledge to support the customer journey and strengthen customer relationships. What will you do Manage accounts to support post-sales processes Oversee your accounts for trends and health Value-based account management – make sure our customers enjoy top features. Address all product-related queries on time Educate customers to use products effectively Provide Product/R&D with customers’ feedback to help identify potential new features or products Analyze customers’ needs and build mitigation plans with added features to meet their requirements Establish best practices

Requirements

Solid technical background with experience in cybersecurity Data-driven with high analytical skills With cybersecurity startup experience – a huge advantage. Proven work experience as a Technical Account Manager/Sales Engineer/Product Manager (outbound)/Project Manager - 3+ years of experience International experience with security vendors An ability to grasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent proficiency in English You are null
