A company growing at lightning speed that is full of career growth opportunities. OS National LLC is a Title and Escrow company that focuses on providing boutique service on a national platform. Our delivery solutions include a full complement of origination and default services directed at leading national mortgage originators and servicers. About the role We’re looking for a detail-oriented Escrow Support Specialist to join our SOU Escrow team. In this role, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps our pre-closing process running smoothly — making sure the right documents are ordered, uploaded, and ready to go before we reach the finish line. If you’re someone who loves staying organized, communicates well, and thrives in a fast-moving environment, we’d love to meet you. What you’ll be doing

  • Ordering and uploading HOA, Payoff, and Utility documentation for escrow files
  • Reviewing preliminary fees and supporting documents prior to closing to make sure everything is current and complete
  • Keeping the escrow team in the loop by flagging important file-related documents as they come in
  • Reaching out to outside companies to collect the documentation we need
  • Participating in learning and development opportunities to keep growing your knowledge base
  • Supporting OSN Markets as needed
  • Pitching in on other related tasks as they come up

What we’re looking for

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills — you can relay information clearly and professionally
  • Comfort working under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
  • Flexibility to shift your focus throughout the day depending on what the market needs
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • A genuine customer and client focus — you care about getting things right for the people you support
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required

Compensation

Our pay reflects the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets, and we adjust based on location. The base hourly range for this role is $15.38 – $21.15. Where your pay falls within that range depends on your work location, experience, and qualifications — your recruiter will share the specific range for your location during the hiring process.

Benefits
