- Provide hands-on personal care in patient homes and hospice settings
- Support patients with daily living activities while preserving dignity and comfort
- Work closely with nurses and hospice teams to deliver compassionate care plans
- Offer emotional support to patients and families during meaningful moments
- Help create peaceful, respectful end-of-life experiences

- Active CNA certification in New Mexico
- Compassionate, patient-centered mindset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and professionalism in home-based care settings
- Experience in home health or hospice is a plus, but not required
