Job Description

Lead the future of workers' compensation technology at Enlyte. This visionary role goes beyond traditional product management—you'll spearhead revolutionary innovations that fundamentally transform how the industry approaches medical bill review and claims management. • Bachelor's degree required (Business, Accounting, IS, Engineering, Computer Science); Masters/MBA preferred
• 12-15+ years experience in the workers' compensation market with preference for having demonstrated innovation as a claims professional or in product management
• Proven leadership experience in a claims organization or in workers' compensation insurance, healthcare, or technology sectors.
• Deep understanding of P&C insurance dynamics and workers' compensation challenges
• Experience leveraging data analytics, AI/ML, or automation technologies to solve complex business problems
• Strategic vision paired with execution excellence

Benefits eligibility may differ depending on full-time or part-time status. Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $130,000 - $165,000 annually, including annual management bonus, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
