Job Summary We're seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic Chat Operators to join our team at arenaflex. As a Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably, and turning conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Represent arenaflex and our automotive dealer clients favorably, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Use your gaming experience to create a wow-ing experience for customers, turning conversations into leads that drive business growth
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies that improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work in a quiet, dedicated workspace, free from distractions, and maintain a high level of productivity and focus Requirements
  • Must live within the state of Kansas
  • Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
  • Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
  • Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-730pm EDT
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
  • Gaming experience is preferred Essential Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or gaming industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the automotive industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management principles
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with online chat platforms and software
  • Strong typing skills (40 WPM or above)
