Connect with individuals who requested information about available benefit programs Schedule and conduct virtual consultations through Zoom Walk veterans and families through available supplemental benefit options Answer questions and guide clients through next steps and enrollment Support clients through onboarding and ongoing communication Maintain organized digital records and follow-up communication Deliver a professional, client-first experience built on trust and service
