An established and growing healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to serve as a strategic partner to operational, clinical, and business leaders. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced healthcare recruiter who excels at influencing hiring decisions, developing workforce strategies, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. In this role, you will move beyond transactional recruiting to become a trusted advisor, helping leaders make informed talent decisions that support long-term organizational goals. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare recruitment expertise, consultative relationship-building skills, and a data-driven approach to talent acquisition. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Talent Consulting

  • Partner with operational, clinical, and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Lead intake and hiring strategy discussions focused on role outcomes, success profiles, and talent market realities.
  • Provide consultative guidance that supports informed, data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Contribute to workforce planning initiatives and identify future talent needs and potential hiring risks.
  • Customize recruitment strategies based on business priorities, market conditions, and position complexity.

Talent Market Intelligence

  • Provide leaders with insights on healthcare labor market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Advise on compensation expectations and talent acquisition strategies aligned with market conditions.
  • Educate stakeholders on recruiting trade-offs related to speed, quality, candidate availability, and hiring costs.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to support hiring decisions for critical and hard-to-fill positions.

Offer Strategy & Hiring Advisory

  • Partner with leaders to develop competitive offer strategies and successful candidate closing approaches.
  • Support equitable and sustainable hiring decisions that align with organizational standards and market data.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor throughout the selection and offer process.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial engagement through onboarding.
  • Build meaningful relationships with active and passive candidates.
  • Represent the organization's culture, values, and career opportunities with professionalism and authenticity.
  • Foster a positive recruitment experience that strengthens employer brand reputation.

Data, Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Utilize recruiting metrics and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements.
  • Translate talent acquisition data into actionable recommendations for leaders.
  • Support ongoing enhancements to recruiting processes, technology, and best practices.

Hiring Manager Enablement

  • Coach leaders on interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and selection best practices.
  • Promote shared accountability for successful hiring outcomes.
  • Drive consistency, fairness, and effectiveness across hiring processes.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, including strategic and consultative recruiting responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to influence leaders and build trusted partnerships across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, labor market trends, and talent acquisition strategy.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting technologies, and talent analytics.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred

  • Healthcare recruitment experience, including support for clinical, nursing, allied health, or healthcare operations roles.
  • Experience recruiting for registered nursing (RN) and other patient-care-focused positions.
  • Familiarity with healthcare workforce challenges, staffing strategies, and clinical talent pipelines.
  • Experience supporting leaders in complex, fast-paced, or high-volume environments.
  • Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent.
