  • Who are we We are business engineers who deconstruct business data and solve problems to increase profitability! AKA Fractional CFO’s
  • How do we do it We connect to all business data the client has available, e.g Facebook, (other marketing products), QBO, SAS systems, Point of Sale systems, bank accounts, etc., and manipulate that data into our (Integrated Financial Model / Forecast) proprietary software.
  • What is our Objective Show our clients their business in a way they have never been able to see it. Figure out what's in their way of growth. Find missing / leaking funds and advice to stop the burn. You will also be coaching the client on areas of the business that needs changes according to the IFM.
  • What software must I be familiar with You must be proficient with Google Docs, especially Google Sheets and be able to manipulate, and create proper formulas within sheets. QBO is a must, and basic understanding of how software will connect with others.

We grew 100% in 2025 and need to fill a few more positions. We offer our clients access to high-quality CFOs who can handle various financial tasks and challenges on a full time basis.   • How much can I make We expect our CFO's to earn over 6 figures fairly quickly.
  • What is the compensation Our average client pays us $1,500 - $2,000k a month for the build out of the IFM and the 2 half hour coaching sessions per month. You will get paid on average 20% of the billable. This equates to approximately $300. - $400 per client to hold an average of 2-hr worth of meetings per month.
  • Team You will also have a team around you to help support the clients. Build the actual Integrated Financial Model and help assist with the client. We have executive assistants and model builders working the client data to better support you in the coaching process along with highly trained bookkeepers.
  • As a fractional CFO, you will be responsible for
  • Providing strategic financial guidance and analysis to your clients via our IFM (Integrated Financial Model) which includes items such as Unit Economics, financial projections, budgets, cash flow statements, and financial reports.
  • Manipulating our Financial Modeling and Forecasting custom platform
  • Establishing and ADVISING on implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls that ensure the integrity and efficiency of your clients' financial operations.
  • Communicating and maintaining relationships with your clients and stakeholders.
  • Who gets hired for the position? Do you meet some of these qualifications?
  • At least 4 years of experience as a CFO, Fractional CFO, Controller, or a senior financial executive in a variety of industries and sectors. If you have extensive experience in Financial Modeling, we will overlook the time requirements.
  • A strong knowledge of accounting standards and reporting requirements.
  • A proficient use of bookkeeping or accounting software, such as QuickBooks, Xero, or FreshBooks. Bonus - If you have Netsuite or Sage experience, we really want to talk to you!
  • An excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics.
  • A self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable attitude.
