  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell complementary health and wellness items, contributing to store revenue goals.

Issue Resolution & Follow‑Up

  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly, employing problem‑solving techniques and escalation protocols when necessary.
