Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Remote Customer Care Representative to join our dynamic service‑sales team. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while delivering exceptional support to both residential and commercial customers. You will handle inbound inquiries, generate qualified leads, and close sales on a commission‑based structure. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and digital communications from residential and commercial clients regarding service scheduling, billing inquiries, and technical support.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional arenaflex services, such as home inspections, insulation, wildlife control, and specialized pest‑management solutions.
  • Generate and qualify leads by offering creative home‑inspection packages to customers who meet predefined criteria.
  • Achieve one‑call resolution by leveraging internal resources, knowledge bases, and collaboration with field technicians.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the arenaflex CRM, ensuring data integrity for future outreach and reporting.
  • Initiate outbound outreach for targeted campaigns, including seasonal promotions, renewal reminders, and cross‑sell initiatives.
  • Assist customers with payment collections, including handling accounts that have been sent to collections, while maintaining a courteous and solution‑focused demeanor.
  • Collaborate with branch personnel and field teams to resolve scheduling conflicts, service delays, and logistical challenges.
  • Continuously meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handle time, first‑call resolution, sales conversion rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; additional post‑secondary education is a plus.
  • 1–2 years of combined experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a remote or call‑center environment.
  • Proficiency with computer applications, including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and Microsoft Windows.
