Why This Role Matters – The Impact of a Global Equity Data Entry Consultant

In today’s fast‑moving business environment, accurate equity administration is critical to attracting top talent, retaining high performers, and maintaining regulatory compliance. As a Consultant, Global Equity at arenaflex, you will be the backbone of our equity plan operations, ensuring that stock‑based compensation—such as Performance Share Units (PSU), Restricted Stock Units (RSU), and stock option grants—is processed flawlessly, reported on time, and communicated clearly to participants worldwide. Your work will directly support the financial wellbeing of thousands of colleagues and reinforce arenaflex’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to verify compliance with equity‑based long‑term incentive (LTI) plans and stock purchase plans.
  • Process the issuance, vesting, and settlement of PSUs, RSUs, and stock option matching awards with precision and timeliness.
  • Review equity transaction activity—including option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan contributions—to ensure accurate recording, settlement, and reporting.
  • Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, payroll partners, and other stakeholders, delivering clear and helpful guidance.
  • Support the delivery of equity‑based LTI award communications and facilitate enrollment activities for stock purchase plans.
  • Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reports that inform operational improvements and strategic decision‑making.
  • Maintain and update equity administration policies, procedures, and documentation to reflect evolving regulatory and business requirements.
  • Assist with additional equity‑related tasks as needed, such as year‑end reconciliations, audit preparation, and system enhancements.

Essential Qualifications – What We Require

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • At least 1 year of experience in equity plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable discipline.
  • Familiarity with multiple equity plan instruments, including stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and stock purchase plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly and efficiently.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS platforms—particularly Workday—and an understanding of data flow relationships.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
  • Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications – What Sets You Apart

  • Experience with equity administration software such as E*TRADE, Fidelity, or similar platforms.
  • Exposure to global equity regulations (e.g., US 31 b, UK EMI, EU Share‑Based Payment rules).
  • Advanced Excel or data‑visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Previous involvement in cross‑functional projects that required collaboration with finance, legal, and HR teams.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or a specialized equity administration credential.

Core Skills & Competencies – What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Data Analysis: Ability to interpret large data sets, identify anomalies, and produce insightful reports.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Proactive approach to addressing participant questions and delivering a positive experience.
  • Equity Plan Knowledge: Understanding of how stock‑based compensation works and its impact on employee motivation.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working with global teams across different time zones, cultures, and functional areas.
