Our team operates at the intersection of compassionate care and operational precision, and we are looking for fresh talent to help us continue setting the gold standard in this space.

About the Role

As a full-time Onsite Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and veterinary partners, ensuring seamless communication, accurate prescription handling, and world-class service delivery. Working from our Louisville, Kentucky location, you will play a critical role in our Veterinary Care Support team, processing prescription approvals, resolving customer concerns, entering data with precision, and building lasting relationships with clinics and pet parents alike. This position offers an industry-competitive starting wage of $27 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and a clear pathway for professional growth within an organization that genuinely values its team members.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of the arenaflex team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Engaging with Veterinary Partners: Communicating directly with veterinary clinics via phone and other channels to coordinate prescription approvals, clarify order details, and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: "Wow-ing" our pet-parent customers and clinic partners with warm, knowledgeable, and patient support on every interaction, building trust and loyalty with each conversation.
  • Data Entry and Order Processing: Accurately entering prescription information into our proprietary healthcare software, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and order processing quality.
  • Problem Resolution: Researching and troubleshooting customer and clinic issues, determining appropriate solutions, and following up as needed to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Multitasking with Precision: Handling phone conversations while simultaneously navigating internal systems, taking detailed notes, and documenting center interactions with thoroughness and accuracy.
  • Maintaining Confidentiality: Upholding strict standards of confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive customer, patient, and partner information at all times.
  • Adapting to Business Needs: Demonstrating flexibility in scheduling, with a willingness to stay late or adjust shifts based on the evolving needs of the business.
  • Continuous Learning: Embracing a growth mindset by actively seeking and incorporating feedback, sharing insights with teammates, and developing professionally within a culture of generosity and mutual support.
