Position Overview

arenaflex is currently seeking a meticulous and self-motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a part-time capacity. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Entry and Management: Enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data across internal systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. This includes data related to inventory levels, sales records, SKU information, promotional activity, and customer preferences.
  • Category and Market Analysis Support: Assist in the analysis of relevant data sets and integrate findings and recommendations into category plans. This may involve evaluating ideal SKU mix, loyalty program data, and promotional project performance to inform marketing programs.
  • Promotional Activity Tracking: Support the strategic execution of day-to-day assortment activities, including working off-shelf plans, tracking promotional periods, and performing post-promotion analysis to identify corrective actions when needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams across inventory management, pricing, promotions, finance, store brands, store design, marketing, and store operations to gather and verify data inputs.
  • Sales and Inventory Reporting: Analyze sales records and stock levels of current inventory, generate summary reports, and surface insights to the broader team.
  • Competitive Research: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the current competitive landscape, research new opportunities, and provide data-backed recommendations to the team.
  • Market Monitoring: Stay up to date with changes in the marketplace, including shifts in consumer preferences, supplier pricing, and competitive activity.
