Analyst/Consultant, AI/ML Models - Financial Engineering & Modeling (Permanent / Contract)
Deloitte is a leading professional services firm focused on making an impactful difference in communities and organizations. They are seeking an Analyst/Consultant specializing in AI/ML Models to provide expert advice to financial services clients on quantitative issues and develop large language models based on industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Help financial services industry (FSI) clients face quantitative issues with informed confidence
- Using deep technical skills and leveraging global network of experts, provide professional advice to FSI clients in a wide range of situations
- Develop/validate/review Large Language Models models (LLMs) based on industry best practices
- Learn and work in other quantitative and analytical areas such as credit modeling, forecasting and stress testing and customer behavior modeling
Skills
- Relevant experience in AI/ML domain
- Knowledge of NLP, LLMs (extractive and generative), fine-tuning, development, and deployment of LLM model. Familiar with higher level trends in LLMs and open-source platforms
- Creatively solution new features for the clients' Generative AI offerings, including testing, evaluating and benchmarking different LLMs and toolchains
- Experience with Langchain and RAG
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Python, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch or similar statistical tools
- Solid academic background with a PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail and a talent for logical reason
- Curiosity and enthusiasm about new and unfamiliar technologies with ability to learn technical/scientific concepts quickly with minimal direction
