They are seeking a ServiceNow Developer Jr. who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow CSM framework to improve customer service and streamline processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow CSM framework
  • Leverage the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform to streamline processes and improve customer service
  • Work on challenging projects that directly impact the customer experience
  • Drive innovation and efficiency within the organization by delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders

Skills

  • Prior ServiceNow developer experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • US Citizenship
  • Experience with ITSM and/or HRSD
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and/or CSS
