Trutech Wildlife Service is an industry-leading wildlife management company founded in 1984, specializing in nuisance wildlife management services. They are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to provide excellent customer service and resolve callers’ needs efficiently in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service in a professional manner
  • Manage 60+ high-volume inbound customer calls daily while delivering efficient, high-quality service
  • Process cancellations
  • Enter data into CRM
  • Create contact logs/documentation
  • Schedule leads
  • Projects as assigned by management

Skills

  • High School Diploma required
  • Hybrid role with in-office training and the flexibility to work remotely after onboarding
