Administrator
Capita is focused on transforming the British Army’s recruitment service, and they are seeking a part-time Administrator to support various outreach and recruitment activities. The role involves coordinating events, liaising with educational institutions, and ensuring candidates meet eligibility criteria.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate officer and outreach events
- Liaise with schools and educational institutions to promote opportunities
- Conduct thorough eligibility checks to ensure candidates meet required criteria
- Match candidates to appropriate events, ensuring the right person is placed in the right opportunity
- Collaborate with assessment centres, careers offices, and key stakeholders to maintain high standards and effective communication
Skills
- IT literate, competent using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Must have previous administration experience
- Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A passion for Customer Service with the ability to go above and beyond and take ownership of any issues
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Familiarity with Army Careers, would be an advantage
