Sales Development Representative
RightCapital is an innovative financial tech startup providing cutting-edge holistic financial planning software. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to manage a pipeline of leads, collaborate with the sales team, and contribute to the overall sales process. Responsibilities
- Leverage SalesForce to assess current pipeline of advisors
- Manage a pipeline of leads, which consist of a balanced mix of warm leads generated from marketing and outbound cold calls
- Book on average 2 sales demonstrations each day for Sales Associates
- Collaborate with SDR Team Lead, Senior Sales Manager, and VP of Sales during recurring brainstorming sessions to enhance our sales playbooks
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in a client facing/sales role required, interest in Saas sales required
- Ability to Commute: Shelton, CT 06484 (Required)
- Ability to Relocate: Shelton, CT 06484: Relocate before starting work (Required)
- 1+ years of experience in a client facing/sales role preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (in fields such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Sports Management, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Liberal Arts, Psychology, Social Studies, or related) preferred
- B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred)
