[Remote] Sales Representative, WW
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Porch Group is a leading vertical software and insurance platform, seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to join their team. The Sales Representative will focus on outbound prospecting, high-volume cold calling, and developing a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities to generate revenue and build long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to business owners and key decision-makers
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities using platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, and Yelp
- Build, manage, and maintain a self-sourced pipeline of qualified leads
- Present and position Welcome Wagon’s advertising solutions to prospective clients
- Schedule appointments and execute consistent follow-up to close new business
- Accurately track outreach, pipeline activity, and sales performance in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and revenue targets
Skills
- High school diploma required; additional education or certifications are a plus
- Strong English proficiency (written and verbal)
- 1–3 years of experience in high-volume outbound cold calling (B2B preferred)
- Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and build a pipeline independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload
