Call Center Sales Representative (Remote)

Compensation $17.00 per hour, with an additional pay differential for Spanish bilingual proficiency. Start Date May 11, 2026 Location Fully Remote (U.S.) Work Schedule Full‑time, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week) with an 8‑hour shift between 900 a.m. and 900 p.m. CST, including two paid 15‑minute breaks and one unpaid 30‑minute lunch. This role requires daily phone‑based work on a fixed schedule with minimal flexibility. Remote Work Requirements This position is remote and requires a HIPPA compliant work environment with a hardwired Ethernet internet connection (cable or fiber) with minimum speeds of 30 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload. Wi‑Fi, satellite, cellular, and 5G connections are not supported. Candidates will be asked to complete a brief internet speed test during the interview process. What a Workday Looks Like In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound calls with patients to support resupply of existing products. Handle high-volume (100+) inbound and outbound calls per day Serve as the primary point of contact for creating and booking patient orders Complete tasks accurately and on time Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues Monitor performance metrics and meet quality and service-level standards Adhere to schedules and departmental procedures while working independently Deliver exceptional customer service while effectively multitasking across multiple accounts Experience High school diploma required 1+ year of customer service and/or sales experience Self‑motivated with the ability to troubleshoot and adapt quickly Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly detail‑oriented with a focus on data-entry accuracy Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Comfortable working independently Preferred Experience Associate’s degree and/or relevant college coursework Prior call center experience Bilingual proficiency in Spanish We are shaping the future at ResMed, and we recognize the need to build on and broaden our existing skills and continue to attract and retain the world’s best talent. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is $17/hr. For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
