Web Master or Web Developer (Fully Remote)

Responsible for maintaining, updating, and securing the organization’s website to ensure it is functional, user-friendly, and supports mission-driven goals. Key duties include managing the website content, optimizing SEO, monitoring site performance, fixing bugs, and ensuring security. This role bridges technical maintenance with strategic communication. Age Requirement Applicants must be 21 years old and older Candidate Certifications, Experience & Education REQUIRED Coding Languages Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript for editing and troubleshooting front-end elements. CMS Familiarity Practical experience with platforms such as WordPress Infrastructure & Tools Understanding of website hosting, DNS management, and SSL certificates. Technical SEO Basic knowledge of on-page SEO, site structure, and tools like Google Analytics and Search Console. Experience Between six months to one year of experience in web development, maintenance, or any IT roles. NOT REQUIRED Education A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is often preferred but not required for this role.
