Compensation & Benefits : This role offers a competitive salary of $47 per hour, paid on a weekly basis. Responsibilities : ? Accurately enter and maintain sales and customer data into our company's database ? Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of data ? Assist with data clean-up and de-duplication projects ? Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all data is up to date and reflects current customer information ? Prepare reports and analysis as needed using company data ? Utilize data entry software and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy ? Communicate any data discrepancies or issues to the appropriate team members ? Adhere to all company policies and procedures for data entry and confidentiality Requirements : ? High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred ? At least 1-2 years of experience in data entry or related field ? Fast and accurate typing skills (at least 50 wpm) ? Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software ? Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills ? Ability to handle confidential information with discretion ?
