  • * Experience with Windows, macOS, and common software applications.
  • * Knowledge of networking protocols, VPNs, and remote desktop tools.
  • * Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.

  • Experience
  • * 1-3 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role.
  • * Experience working with helpdesk software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow) is a plus.
  • * Background in IT, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.
  • Working Hours
  • * Flexible remote schedule with potential shifts, including weekends.
  • * Must be available to work within global time zones as required.
