Key Responsibilities of the Remote Data Entry Specialist

As a Data Entry Specialist (Typist) at arenaflex, your core mission is to ensure that every piece of information entering our system is accurate, complete, and properly categorized. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Independent Data Keying: Accurately enter work order and invoice data into our proprietary system, maintaining a high standard of precision across all keystrokes. You will be expected to handle a high volume of entries while keeping error rates at or near zero.
  • Weekly Target Achievement: Meet or exceed established weekly targets for data entry throughput and processing speed, while never compromising on quality. arenaflex provides clear benchmarks and feedback to help you succeed.
  • Vendor Communication and Follow-Up: Proactively reach out to vendors to gather missing or incomplete information required for work order completion. You will serve as a professional representative of arenaflex in these exchanges, building positive working relationships.
  • Invoice Auditing and Dispute Resolution: Conduct detailed audits on incoming invoices to identify unnecessary, incorrect, or unreasonable charges. You will prepare and submit disputes on behalf of arenaflex, protecting the company from unwarranted costs.
  • Cost Savings Tracking and Reporting: Document and report the cost savings achieved through your auditing efforts. Your contributions will be visible to leadership and tied directly to the financial health of arenaflex.
  • CSM Team Collaboration: Maintain open lines of communication with our Customer Service Management team, providing updates, flagging issues, and supporting their customer-facing work with accurate backend data.
