Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Remote Data Entry Coordinator to join our Technical Operations team. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes.
• Support multi‑disciplinary data collection for on‑premise hardware installations, including server rack configurations and network topology documentation.
• Apply technical expertise to troubleshoot server and workstation issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with access control, data integrity, and security standards within the server farm environment.
• Generate clear, concise reports and presentations for both technical and non‑technical audiences, translating data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects focused on data analytics, system optimization, and process automation.

Essential Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or in‑progress) in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
