Location: West Chester, Pennsylvania 19380 — 100% Remote Job Type: Full Time Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year About The Role We are hiring a Data Entry Clerk to support our growing operations team from home. This fully remote position is open to candidates in West Chester, Pennsylvania and involves entering and maintaining customer records, account information, and operational data across internal systems. Responsibilities

• Accurately enter customer, account, and operational data into company databases and internal management systems
• Review submitted information for completeness, correct formatting, and accuracy — flag any discrepancies for supervisor review
• Maintain well-organized digital records across multiple client accounts and internal databases
• Meet daily data entry accuracy and productivity targets as established by team management
• Communicate task updates, questions, and completion status to team leads via email and messaging platforms
• Handle all data, account records, and customer information with strict confidentiality at all times
• Assist with document formatting, file management, and general administrative support tasks as needed
• Participate in brief team check-ins and training sessions to stay current on processes and system updates

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy preferred
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy across high-volume data tasks
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently without supervision
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• No prior experience required — full paid training is provided from day one
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
