Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve a minimum typing speed of 6,000 keystrokes per hour (KPH) while maintaining accuracy.
  • Accurately process and input customer information into the SKP or DCS systems, ensuring all entries meet strict deadline requirements.
  • Facilitate auditing of customer‑generated file listings against physical box contents to verify completeness.
  • Coordinate with operations, customer service, and account management teams to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Escalate critical operational issues promptly to the Data Entry Team Leader for swift resolution.
  • Adhere to Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance standards and all relevant health, safety, ISO, and arenaflex policies.
  • Utilize system tools to verify customer records, set up DCS screens, and transmit finalized data to clients.
  • Research and resolve system data issues, documenting findings for continuous improvement.
