Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a comprehensive DevOps roadmap that aligns with arenaflex’s business objectives, emphasizing scalability, resilience, and regulatory compliance.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, implement, and maintain IaC solutions using Terraform, Ansible, or comparable tools to provision and manage resources across GCP, Azure, and AWS.
• CI/CD Pipeline Engineering: Build, optimize, and monitor robust CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms to enable rapid, reliable software delivery.
• Automation & Tooling: Champion automation across the software lifecycle—code analysis, automated testing, security scanning, and deployment orchestration.
• Collaboration & Governance: Partner with security, compliance, and operations teams to embed best‑practice controls, ensuring adherence to industry standards such as HIPAA and ISO 27001.
• Performance Monitoring: Implement observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Cloud Logging) to proactively detect and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Coach junior engineers, foster a culture of continuous learning, and lead internal workshops on emerging DevOps technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in cloud environments (GCP, Azure, or AWS) with a strong focus on containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Proven track record building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
• Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of diagnosing complex system issues and delivering pragmatic solutions.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross‑functional, geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications
