The role involves leading and supporting YARDI Voyager Cloud application configuration, customization, and troubleshooting, as well as collaborating with various teams for ERP and financial/accounting module projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support YARDI Voyager Cloud application configuration, customization, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with Systems Integrators, Finance, and Tech teams for ERP and financial/accounting module projects
  • Perform YARDI system administration to ensure high system availability and performance
  • Provide YARDI support and training to end users; document processes
  • Facilitate data integration and reporting using SQL

Skills

  • YARDI Voyager Cloud configuration and support experience (Voyager experience required)
  • ERP implementation and workflow configuration expertise
  • SQL skills for queries and data reporting
  • Data integration experience
  • Project management and business analysis abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (a plus for integrations)
  • Financial/accounting acumen (GL knowledge a plus)
  • Training and documentation experience for end users
  • Hands-on experience supporting and configuring Yardi Voyager Cloud in a business environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work with ERP or property management workflows, including implementation or optimization efforts
  • Proficiency with SQL for reporting, data analysis, or troubleshooting activities
  • COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE
  • Experience with system integrations and managing data exchanges between business applications
  • Understanding of finance or accounting concepts, with general ledger knowledge considered beneficial
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical end users
  • Experience creating training materials, process documentation, and user support resources
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; relevant certifications are advantageous
