Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of managers, fostering growth and high performance across North America Product Specialists
  • Mentor, support, and challenge managers to create and execute innovative solutions
  • Cultivate cross-functional partnerships to align on go-to-market strategy and product priorities
  • Represent North America Product Specialists in executive forums, acting as a key advisor to the global head
  • Ensure operational stability, trust, and continuity for front-line management during periods of growth and change

Skills

  • 10+ years of experience, including people management within a technology or SaaS environment
  • Experience as a second-line leader (managing managers) within a technology presales/post-sales or product specialist team
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing leaders at multiple organizational levels
  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience navigating matrixed, cross-functional environments
  • Expertise in product strategy, go-to-market planning, and solution architecture
  • Proven ability to drive business results in a fast-paced, growth-focused setting
  • Organizational and program management skills
  • Experience supporting large regional teams within a global environment
  • Familiarity with cloud computing, sales enablement, or value engineering
  • Track record of building trust and supporting leaders through growth and transitions
