[Remote] Technical Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Innovee Consulting LLC is seeking a Technical Consultant to support and configure enterprise applications based on business needs. The role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, performing data analysis and reporting, and providing technical support for application issues.
Responsibilities
- Support and configure enterprise applications based on business needs
- Gather and analyze requirements
- Perform data analysis and reporting using SQL
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support
- Assist with integrations, testing, and system enhancements
- Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver solutions
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3 4 years of experience working with Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications
- Experience with platforms such as EAM, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data analysis and reporting
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a part-time role
- Only candidates with OPT, CPT, or H4-EAD are eligible to apply
- Experience with Hexagon EAM (Now Attune EAM) is highly desirable
- Understanding of asset management and maintenance processes is preferred
