[Remote] Lead Design Engineer - UI/UX & iOS

Tenth Revolution Group is a rapidly scaling, product-driven organization seeking a Lead Design Engineer with expertise in UI/UX design and iOS development. This role involves leading design efforts for mobile and web applications, collaborating with engineers, and shaping user experiences for enterprise-grade products.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design across mobile (iOS) and web applications
- Rapidly prototype and iterate using Figma, Sketch, or similar tools
- Translate product requirements into high-impact, user-centered designs
- Collaborate closely with engineers to bring designs to life in iOS applications
- Drive design consistency and scalability across a growing engineering team
- Contribute to and evolve design systems and reusable UI patterns
- Play a key role in shaping user experience for next-generation, enterprise-grade products
Skills
- Strong experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio of mobile and web work
- Hands-on experience with or strong understanding of iOS development (Swift/SwiftUI or UIKit)
- Expertise in rapid prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)
- Experience working in enterprise or large-scale product environments
- Ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced setting with evolving priorities
- Strong collaboration skills across design, product, and engineering teams
- Experience with Salesforce ecosystems
- Background in design systems or component libraries
- Familiarity with frontend development concepts
