[Remote] Mortgage Sr. Wholesale Account Executive

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Spring EQ is a national home equity lender providing flexible and tailored financing solutions. They are seeking a Senior Account Executive who will build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers and bankers while marketing lending products.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial contact to prospect new mortgage brokers/bankers and coordinates broker approval process
• Collaborates with leadership to develop/implement marketing strategies within assigned territory/account list
• Conducts presentations to promote Spring and present our process, product and technology platforms
• Collaborates with loan operations team to manage pipeline
• Ensures that clients understand the Company’s loan processing, underwriting and closing processes
• Provides brokers/bankers with information to access current rate sheets and product guidelines
• Provides technical training and support to clients with regard to Company technology platform
• Performs related duties as assigned

Skills

• 2+ years of mortgage or home equity industry experience required
• Proven track record of success in sales
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to solve open ended business challenges
• Enthusiastically contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• The team member demonstrates an ability to meet and exceed goals as an individual contributor
• We work hard to stay updated with the industry technology, therefore we need our team members to learn new technology quickly

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
