They are seeking a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative to assist customers by providing answers and resolving issues with compassion and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

Skills

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy (just as you would expect if it were your private information being shared)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience
  • High speed internet (> 15 mbps)
  • While we recommend a USB wired headset, if you have a headset already, you may be able to use that (except for Bluetooth headsets)
