- Provide friendly and professional support to clients regarding travel plans and reservations
- Assist with coordinating vacation packages, hotel stays, cruises, transportation, and related travel services
- Research travel options and availability using approved company systems
- Review booking details and travel information for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online messaging platforms
- Help manage travel updates, schedule adjustments, and reservation-related requests
- Maintain organized records of client communications and travel documentation
- Participate in virtual training sessions and continuous learning opportunities
