Ensure both modalities are well-attended, clinically rigorous, and consistently evaluated for effectiveness
  • Act on quality audit findings routed through the closed-loop process: Receive training development priorities surfaced through the org-level quality-to-training process owned by the Senior Manager, QTE Operations, and translate them into targeted clinical education interventions for the nursing team. Track completion and report outcomes back to the process owner
  • Audit existing clinical education content and recommend improvements: Conduct structured reviews of current nursing education programs, assessing clinical accuracy, coverage gaps, and delivery effectiveness. Bring prioritized, evidence-based recommendations to leadership for investment and action
