[Remote] Associate Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AMG Companies is seeking an Associate Account Manager to manage daily activities between major retail partners and cross-functional teams. This role involves operational, strategic, analytical, and relationship-oriented tasks to ensure effective collaboration and execution of retailer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead Item Set-up Process between Retailers, Sales and Operations/Replenishment
- Facilitate Sample Requests – ordering, tracking, communicating to retailers (Buyer Samples, Target Mktg Samples, PDP Samples)
- Own weekly reporting, insights & analysis of the brand, along with insights that drive actionable business results
- Analyze results from new items, promotions or special events
- Cross-Team Collaboration working closely with production, operations, digital, design and planning to ensure seamless execution of retailer requirement
- Vendor Performance – Measurement + troubleshooting
- Key Liaison with Retailer Studio - Measurements, Submissions, Mock-ups to support POG-build
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product assortment documentation
- Lead digital asset management, including PDP image and content uploads
- Maintain and track digital scorecards to ensure strong online execution
- This role requires a high level of adaptability as responsibilities may evolve based on changing business needs and priorities
Skills
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: Multiple years working at and/or with retailers
- Detail oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Confidence working with retailers; communicating effectively at all levels
- Experience with retail systems
- Analytical decision making
- Advanced ability with Excel, PowerPoint
